PEN ON PAPER - The joy and sorrows of writers and readers

When my joy sees day,
And my smile comes to stay;
I'll speak with my pen on paper.
When haters run,
And seek to harm;
I'm secured with my pen on paper.

When doubt threatens my hope,
And keeps me away from my home;
I'm encouraged with my pen on paper.
When difficulties threaten,
And hardships frighten;
I chirp with my pen on paper.

When woes visit,
And sorrows persist;
I endure with my pen on paper.
When my life is feasted with peace,
And fed with peas,
My satisfaction keeps my pen on paper.


When my cheer buries my frown,
And my head wears the crown;
My joy makes my pen dance on paper.
When success is heartily knocking,
And my progress keeps welcoming;
My warm fuzzes will keep my pen on paper
